Each day has a different topic to help strengthen your bond with Venus. There are journal prompts and exercises to engage in for greater introspection and expansion.
After the thirty days is complete, I trust you will have expanded on several different areas of your life and simply be vibrating at a new and elevated frequency. After your first pass, you can keep this journal close to pick a day at random, or start it over from the beginning to continue your work.
